1. Agreement

By using SwingPlan, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Planning tool—not a fitting prescription

SwingPlan estimates static Lorythmic swingweight from measurements and assumptions you provide. Results are planning estimates, not professional fitting, engineering, safety, or equipment-warranty advice. Always use reversible tests first, follow component manufacturer instructions, and verify the assembled club on a physical scale before permanent modification or play.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for measurement accuracy, component compatibility, safe tool use, club inspection, and any modifications you perform. Stop using a club that appears damaged or unsafe and consult a qualified club builder when appropriate.

4. Workshop purchase

Workshop is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Price is shown by the App Store before confirmation. Purchases, refunds, and family-sharing availability are administered by Apple under its policies. Use Restore Purchases in the App to recover an eligible purchase on the same Apple Account.

5. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every modeled result will match every physical build because components, measurement methods, tolerances, and mass distribution vary.

6. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on estimates or equipment modification. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
