Version 1.3.2 (15): no remote AI drafting
Beginning with version 1.3.2 build 15, Dove Invoice removes remote AI scope drafting, photo-to-AI capture, the backend connection and App Attest requests. Scope notes and voice transcripts are processed on your device and are not sent to Render, OpenAI or another remote drafting provider by this version. Optional voice notes require supported English (US) on-device speech recognition; if unavailable, typed notes still work offline. Raw microphone audio is not saved or uploaded by the app. Local photos, business logos, black signatures, invoices and backups leave the app only when you choose an export or sharing destination. Optional Analytics and advertising measurement remain separately controlled as described below.
The AI and backend sections below apply only to older versions that included that feature. Updating does not delete your existing local records, PDFs, Pro purchase rights or previously processed server metadata. Legacy server metadata continues to follow the retention and deletion practices below; removing the client feature does not claim that historical copies have been erased. For an outstanding legacy deletion request, contact support. No account is required for local invoicing.
Optional Analytics and advertising measurement — version 1.3.1 onward
Google Analytics for Firebase starts only after you choose Allow analytics. You may decline without losing any feature or change your choice in Settings → Share usage analytics. It automatically measures installations (first_open), app sessions and updates, installation/app-instance and device identifiers, device/OS/app information, approximate country or region derived from IP, and App Store subscription purchase metadata such as product identifiers, prices and currency. These are subscription prices, not your customer invoice amounts. Automatic screen reporting is disabled. We do not provide custom user IDs or send invoice/customer/business records, notes, photos, voice, signatures, PDFs or backup contents to Analytics.
With your analytics consent and separate permission from Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, measurement data may be shared with linked Google Ads to attribute and evaluate advertising for this app. If Apple permission is denied or revoked, advertising user-data sharing remains disabled. Advertising storage and personalized advertising signals are disabled, and this integration does not collect IDFA. Consent and privacy controls may limit attribution; reported installs are not guaranteed to equal all downloads.
Turning Analytics off disables further collection and resets the local Analytics identifier; it does not automatically erase information already processed by Google. Analytics event/user data follows the configured Google Analytics retention settings; standard aggregate reports can follow different retention. For deletion requests contact our support email; Google may require an app-instance identifier to locate a record, and deletion may be subject to processing and backup retention. Google processes measurement data under its Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. You can manage Apple tracking permission in iOS Settings. Legacy Pro, the free-three-invoice ledger and offline document storage are independent of Analytics consent.
Free invoice allowance
The app stores the IDs of jobs for which a free invoice was successfully created to maintain the three-invoice allowance. This local ledger is included in full backups and merged on restore, independently of deleting a job. It is not automatically uploaded to the backend, OpenAI or analytics. It does not determine Apple purchase rights.
Scope and your choices
This policy covers ScopeVouch and its Dove Invoice update under the same App Store app. Core job records, manual quotes, invoices, calculations, document history and backups are processed on your device. Optional AI scope drafting applies only in versions where that feature is enabled. Earlier ScopeVouch versions do not upload job content to an AI backend.
You can keep entering scope and prices manually without AI or an internet connection. Declining AI sharing does not delete records, documents or existing purchase rights. Version 1.3 (10) has no Analytics SDK. Version 1.3.1 introduces the optional measurement described below.
Local records and exports
Business and client details, service addresses, scope, rates, charges, tax, payments, acknowledgements, job photos and generated PDFs remain in protected app-managed local storage. Your chosen backup, CSV and PDF export destinations have their own privacy practices. We do not automatically upload your workspace or exported files.
Invoice details and signatures
Supplier and customer contact details, tax identifiers, document dates, references, payment instructions, signature strokes, signer names and recorded signing dates are stored locally and included in the full backups and PDFs you choose to export. A signed copy creates a new document; existing retained PDFs are not overwritten. These fields and signatures are not automatically included in AI requests.
Camera, photos and voice
Camera access is requested when you choose to take a photo; Apple's photo picker lets you choose specific images. For AI capture, selected images are reduced in size and re-encoded without image metadata before transmission. Removing metadata does not remove identifying details visible in an image.
In versions that include voice capture, it requests microphone and speech recognition access. The app requires English (US) on-device speech recognition and disables this capture method when it is unsupported. Raw audio is not saved or uploaded by the app for AI drafting. The transcript stays in the capture session until you explicitly use it as scope or choose to share it for an AI request. Apple system keyboard dictation is governed separately by Apple's settings and privacy practices.
Optional AI scope drafting
After you confirm sharing for a request, only the capture notes or reviewed transcript and the photos you selected are sent over HTTPS to our backend and then to OpenAI for a draft. Saved customer fields, Rate Card entries, totals, tax settings, PDFs, payment history and raw audio are not automatically included. Notes and images you choose may themselves contain personal information; avoid sharing faces, personal documents or unnecessary client details.
Our backend does not persist or log the submitted notes, images or returned draft. It requests OpenAI Responses with response storage disabled. This does not mean zero provider retention: OpenAI may retain API content for abuse monitoring under its API data controls. We do not opt in to using your API content for model training.
AI returns editable descriptions and clarification questions. It does not supply confirmed measurements, quantities, prices or tax. Only scope and items you explicitly apply become local records; billing values are entered and confirmed separately.
Device verification and service security
When requesting AI, the app uses Apple's App Attest service to verify that it is a genuine instance of this app. Apple handles that verification under its own privacy practices. Our backend keeps a hash of the app's opaque verification key identifier, its public key, an assertion counter, last-use time, hashed short-lived session credentials and request counts. These records help authenticate requests, prevent replay and limit abuse. They are not an Apple Account identifier, advertising identifier or a copy of your business records.
Verification challenges expire after two minutes and session credentials after fifteen minutes. Expired records are removed through regular maintenance. Per-device request-count records expire after approximately two to three days and are removed during regular maintenance; verification records are removed after approximately thirty days without use. The service uses temporary network addresses for rate limiting. Hosting infrastructure may process connection metadata, such as IP address, request time and status, under its security and operational practices. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Production hosting
Render hosts the AI backend in Oregon, United States. It processes network connection metadata to operate and protect the service. Render retains infrastructure and runtime logs for the window provided by the workspace plan; see its logging retention policy. Our application does not write notes, images, drafts or credentials to these logs. Render’s infrastructure processing follows its privacy policy.
Device verification and session metadata are stored on an encrypted persistent disk. Render takes encrypted daily disk snapshots that are available for at least seven days under its disk backup policy. These snapshots contain security metadata, not job notes, photos or drafts. Deleted security metadata may remain in existing snapshots until they expire.
Deletion and retention
You can delete local jobs in the app. Deleting the app removes its local container; copies you exported remain at their chosen destinations. Create a full backup before deleting the app if you want to retain your workspace.
In AI-enabled versions, Settings → Delete AI connection data sends a device-authenticated deletion request for the backend verification and session records and removes the saved connection key identifier from your device. It does not delete your local jobs, documents or purchases. A new connection is created only when you request AI again. If the service is unavailable, the app reports that deletion did not complete so you can retry.
Deleted security records may remain in hosting backups until the applicable backup retention expires. Deleting connection data does not retroactively remove a submitted request from OpenAI's abuse-monitoring retention. That processing follows OpenAI's API data controls. We do not store a remote job-content copy to retrieve or delete.
Purchases, support and security
Apple processes App Store purchases, subscriptions and restores. No job content is sent through the app's StoreKit flow, and we do not receive your card details. Existing Pro entitlements use the original products and verified Apple transactions.
We use iOS file protection where supported, device-only Keychain storage for the verification key identifier, HTTPS for production requests and server-side provider credentials. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. Protect your device, passcode, exported backups and shared documents.
For support or privacy questions, email kb.technologies.support@gmail.com. Include only the app version and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer records, job photos, backups or full payment details. Email support is voluntary; your message and reply address are used to handle your request and are processed by the email service.
Children and policy changes
This app is a business utility and is not directed to children. We update this policy when processing practices change; the effective date identifies this published version.
Invoice appearance and local reminders
Invoice templates, colors and drawn signatures stay in your local workspace and exported documents. Optional due-date and overdue reminders are scheduled through iOS on your device after notification permission. Reminder scheduling does not send invoice or customer content to our backend or Analytics. Marking an invoice paid cancels its pending invoice reminders. Previously exported PDF files are retained.

Phân tích và đo quảng cáo tùy chọn — từ bản 1.3.1

Hồ sơ công việc, báo giá nhập thủ công, hóa đơn, phép tính, lịch sử tài liệu và bản sao lưu được xử lý trên thiết bị. Soạn phạm vi bằng AI là tùy chọn, chỉ có trong phiên bản bật tính năng này. ScopeVouch đời trước không gửi nội dung công việc đến máy chủ AI.

Dữ liệu cục bộ và xuất tệp
Thông tin doanh nghiệp, khách hàng, địa chỉ thi công, phạm vi, bảng giá, khoản phí, thuế, thanh toán, xác nhận, ảnh và PDF được lưu trong vùng dữ liệu cục bộ do ứng dụng quản lý và bảo vệ. Nơi bạn chọn lưu bản sao lưu, CSV hoặc PDF có chính sách riêng. Chúng tôi không tự tải workspace hay tệp xuất lên máy chủ.
Thông tin hóa đơn và chữ ký
Thông tin liên hệ, mã số thuế, ngày chứng từ, mã tham chiếu, hướng dẫn thanh toán, nét chữ ký, tên người ký và ngày ký được lưu trên thiết bị, có trong bản sao lưu đầy đủ và PDF do bạn xuất. Bản có chữ ký là tài liệu mới; PDF đã lưu không bị ghi đè. Các trường này và chữ ký không được tự động gửi trong yêu cầu AI.
Camera, ảnh và giọng nói
Quyền camera chỉ được yêu cầu khi bạn chọn chụp ảnh; bộ chọn ảnh của Apple cho phép chọn từng ảnh. Ảnh chọn cho AI được thu nhỏ và mã hóa lại để loại bỏ metadata trước khi gửi. Việc này không xóa thông tin nhận dạng đang nhìn thấy trong ảnh.
Ở phiên bản có ghi âm, ứng dụng yêu cầu quyền micro và nhận dạng giọng nói. Tính năng này bắt buộc dùng nhận dạng tiếng Anh (Mỹ) ngay trên thiết bị và không hoạt động khi thiết bị không hỗ trợ. Tính năng đọc chính tả của bàn phím hệ thống chịu sự điều chỉnh riêng của Apple.
Soạn phạm vi bằng AI — tùy chọn
Sau khi bạn đồng ý chia sẻ cho một yêu cầu, chỉ ghi chú hoặc bản chép lời đã xem lại và ảnh được chọn mới được gửi qua HTTPS đến máy chủ Dove Invoice rồi đến OpenAI để tạo bản nháp. Các trường khách hàng đã lưu, bảng giá, tổng tiền, thiết lập thuế, PDF, lịch sử thanh toán và âm thanh gốc không được tự đính kèm. Ghi chú và ảnh bạn chọn vẫn có thể chứa thông tin cá nhân; hãy tránh khuôn mặt, giấy tờ cá nhân và chi tiết khách hàng không cần thiết.
Máy chủ Dove Invoice không lưu bền vững hoặc ghi log ghi chú, ảnh hay bản nháp trả về. Yêu cầu OpenAI Responses được gửi với tính năng lưu response tắt. Điều này không có nghĩa nhà cung cấp không lưu dữ liệu: OpenAI có thể giữ nội dung API để giám sát lạm dụng theo cơ chế kiểm soát dữ liệu API. Chúng tôi không đăng ký cho phép dùng nội dung API của bạn để huấn luyện mô hình.

Xác thực thiết bị và bảo mật dịch vụ
Khi yêu cầu AI, ứng dụng dùng App Attest của Apple để xác minh đây là bản cài thật. Apple xử lý việc xác minh theo chính sách của Apple. Máy chủ giữ giá trị băm của mã khóa xác thực, khóa công khai, bộ đếm assertion, lần sử dụng cuối, thông tin phiên ngắn hạn đã băm và số yêu cầu. Dữ liệu này dùng để xác thực, chống phát lại và hạn chế lạm dụng; không phải mã Apple Account, mã quảng cáo hay bản sao hồ sơ kinh doanh.
Thử thách xác thực hết hạn sau 2 phút và thông tin phiên sau 15 phút. Dữ liệu hết hạn được dọn định kỳ. Số yêu cầu theo thiết bị hết hạn sau khoảng 2–3 ngày và được xóa trong đợt dọn định kỳ; hồ sơ xác thực bị xóa sau khoảng 30 ngày không sử dụng. Dịch vụ dùng địa chỉ mạng tạm thời để giới hạn tần suất. Hạ tầng có thể xử lý IP, thời gian và trạng thái yêu cầu để bảo mật, vận hành. Chúng tôi không dùng chúng cho quảng cáo hoặc theo dõi giữa ứng dụng.
Hạ tầng dịch vụ
Render lưu trữ máy chủ AI tại Oregon, Hoa Kỳ và xử lý metadata kết nối mạng để vận hành, bảo vệ dịch vụ. Render lưu log hạ tầng và runtime theo thời hạn của gói workspace; xem chính sách lưu log. Ứng dụng máy chủ không ghi ghi chú, ảnh, bản nháp hay thông tin đăng nhập vào log. Việc xử lý hạ tầng tuân theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Render.
Metadata xác thực thiết bị và phiên nằm trên disk mã hóa bền vững. Render tạo snapshot mã hóa hằng ngày, khả dụng ít nhất 7 ngày theo chính sách sao lưu disk. Snapshot chứa metadata bảo mật, không chứa ghi chú, ảnh hoặc bản nháp công việc. Metadata đã xóa có thể còn trong snapshot hiện có cho đến khi bản sao hết hạn.
Xóa và thời gian lưu
Bạn có thể xóa công việc cục bộ trong ứng dụng. Gỡ ứng dụng xóa vùng dữ liệu cục bộ; bản sao đã xuất vẫn ở nơi bạn chọn lưu. Hãy xuất bản sao lưu đầy đủ trước khi gỡ nếu muốn giữ workspace.
Ở phiên bản có AI, Cài đặt → Xóa dữ liệu kết nối AI gửi yêu cầu xóa có xác thực thiết bị đối với hồ sơ xác thực và phiên trên máy chủ, đồng thời bỏ mã khóa kết nối đã lưu trên thiết bị. Thao tác không xóa công việc, tài liệu hay giao dịch mua. Kết nối mới chỉ được tạo khi bạn yêu cầu AI lần nữa. Nếu dịch vụ không khả dụng, ứng dụng báo xóa chưa hoàn tất để bạn thử lại.
Hồ sơ bảo mật đã xóa có thể còn trong bản sao lưu của hạ tầng cho đến khi hết hạn. Xóa kết nối không xóa ngược nội dung yêu cầu khỏi thời gian giám sát lạm dụng của OpenAI; việc đó tuân theo kiểm soát dữ liệu API của OpenAI. Chúng tôi không giữ bản sao nội dung công việc từ xa để truy xuất hoặc xóa.
Giao dịch mua, hỗ trợ và bảo mật
Apple xử lý giao dịch App Store, đăng ký và khôi phục. Không có nội dung công việc được gửi qua luồng StoreKit và chúng tôi không nhận thông tin thẻ. Quyền Pro cũ dùng các sản phẩm ban đầu và giao dịch Apple đã xác minh.
Chúng tôi dùng bảo vệ tệp iOS khi được hỗ trợ, Keychain chỉ trên thiết bị cho mã khóa xác thực, HTTPS cho yêu cầu production và thông tin nhà cung cấp chỉ ở máy chủ. Không có cách lưu hoặc truyền dữ liệu nào bảo đảm an toàn tuyệt đối. Hãy bảo vệ thiết bị, mật mã, bản sao lưu và tài liệu chia sẻ.

Không gửi mật khẩu, API key, dữ liệu khách hàng, ảnh công việc, bản sao lưu hoặc đầy đủ thông tin thanh toán. Hỗ trợ qua email là tự nguyện; nội dung thư và địa chỉ trả lời được dùng để xử lý yêu cầu và được dịch vụ email xử lý.
Trẻ em và thay đổi chính sách
Ứng dụng là công cụ kinh doanh, không hướng đến trẻ em. Chúng tôi cập nhật chính sách khi cách xử lý dữ liệu thay đổi; ngày hiệu lực xác định bản công bố này.
Mẫu hóa đơn và nhắc hạn trên thiết bị
Mẫu, màu và chữ ký vẽ được lưu trong dữ liệu cục bộ và tài liệu bạn xuất. Nhắc sắp đến hạn và quá hạn tùy chọn được iOS lên lịch trên thiết bị sau khi bạn cấp quyền thông báo. Việc lên lịch nhắc không gửi nội dung hóa đơn hay khách hàng đến máy chủ hoặc Analytics. Khi hóa đơn được đánh dấu đã thanh toán, các lịch nhắc còn chờ của hóa đơn đó được hủy. PDF đã xuất trước đó được giữ nguyên.
