Annual free trial
Eligible Apple Accounts can try annual Pro free for 3 days in supported App Store territories. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the localized annual price shown before purchase unless canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge. The first 3 free invoices do not require a subscription and are separate from this trial. Existing verified purchase rights and regular subscription prices are retained.
Using Dove Invoice / ScopeVouch
Dove Invoice / ScopeVouch is a field-record and document-preparation tool. You may use it for lawful business purposes and are responsible for the content you enter, the people with whom you share it, and compliance with laws and professional obligations that apply to your work.
Your records and backups
You retain responsibility for your business records. The app is local-first, so you must export backups and keep them somewhere safe. We are not responsible for loss caused by device failure, app deletion, forgotten backups, or loss after you export or share a file.
Estimates, invoices, taxes, and acknowledgements
Dove Invoice / ScopeVouch performs document calculations from values you provide. It does not supply tax, legal, accounting, construction-code, licensing, or pricing advice. Verify all rates, quantities, taxes, terms, totals, and payment status before relying on or sharing a document. An acknowledgement recorded in the app is an organizational record, not a promise of legal enforceability or identity verification.
Drawn signatures
You choose whether to apply a saved business signature or capture a customer signature on the device. The app records the drawn strokes, entered signer name and date in a new PDF. It does not independently verify identity, authority, informed consent, approval, payment or legal enforceability. Review the document and obtain any consent required for your use before sharing it.
Closeout Checks
A Closeout Check applies deterministic rules to the job facts you enter. A finding may identify potentially unbilled or incomplete information, but Dove Invoice / ScopeVouch does not independently verify the work, client identity, approval, price, evidence, payment, tax treatment, or legal completeness. You are responsible for reviewing every finding and document before use.
Photos and third-party rights
Only capture, import, or share content you have permission to use. You are responsible for privacy, property-access, intellectual-property, and consent requirements at each job site.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Existing owned records should remain readable and exportable within the product's stated compatibility limits, but you should maintain independent backups.
Paid features
Your first 3 successfully saved new invoices are free. Pro is required to create additional new invoices. Quotes, existing invoices and saved PDFs, job packets, exports, backups and restore remain available without Pro. Viewing, exporting again or adding a signature to an existing invoice does not use another free invoice. The allowance is stored locally, retained when a job is deleted and merged when restoring a backup; existing invoices from before this update do not use the new allowance. Dove Invoice / ScopeVouch includes one complete Closeout Check. Dove Invoice / ScopeVouch Pro unlocks unlimited invoice creation, Closeout Guard on eligible jobs, recurring checks, and local audit history, and is offered to new customers as weekly or annual auto-renewing access. Existing verified monthly and one-time lifetime purchases remain supported. Purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling use Apple's App Store systems and the localized terms shown before purchase.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dove Invoice / ScopeVouch is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow all exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.
Apple
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms and Apple’s standard licensed application terms unless an approved custom license agreement replaces them.

Ứng dụng hỗ trợ ghi nhận công việc và lập tài liệu. Bạn được dùng cho hoạt động kinh doanh hợp pháp và chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung nhập, người nhận tài liệu, luật và nghĩa vụ nghề nghiệp áp dụng.
Hồ sơ và bản sao lưu
Bạn chịu trách nhiệm giữ hồ sơ kinh doanh. Dữ liệu cốt lõi ở trên thiết bị; hãy xuất bản sao lưu và giữ an toàn. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho mất mát do lỗi thiết bị, gỡ ứng dụng, quên sao lưu hoặc sau khi bạn xuất/chia sẻ tệp.
Báo giá, hóa đơn, thuế và xác nhận
Ứng dụng tính tài liệu từ giá trị bạn cung cấp, không tư vấn về thuế, pháp lý, kế toán, quy chuẩn xây dựng, giấy phép hay giá. Kiểm tra mọi đơn giá, số lượng, thuế, điều khoản, tổng tiền và thanh toán trước khi sử dụng hoặc chia sẻ. Xác nhận trong ứng dụng chỉ phục vụ tổ chức hồ sơ, không bảo đảm hiệu lực pháp lý hoặc xác minh danh tính.
Chữ ký vẽ trên thiết bị
Bạn chọn áp dụng chữ ký doanh nghiệp đã lưu hoặc để khách hàng ký trên thiết bị. App ghi nét ký, tên người ký do bạn nhập và ngày ký trong PDF mới; không tự xác minh danh tính, thẩm quyền, sự đồng ý, phê duyệt, thanh toán hay hiệu lực pháp lý. Hãy kiểm tra tài liệu và có sự đồng ý cần thiết trước khi chia sẻ.
Đối soát trước khi gửi
Tính năng áp dụng quy tắc xác định cho dữ kiện bạn nhập. Vấn đề phát hiện có thể là khoản chưa tính phí hoặc thông tin thiếu; ứng dụng không độc lập xác minh công việc, khách hàng, phê duyệt, giá, minh chứng, thanh toán, cách tính thuế hoặc tính đầy đủ về pháp lý. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm xem lại mọi vấn đề và tài liệu.
Ảnh và quyền của bên thứ ba
Chỉ chụp, nhập hoặc chia sẻ nội dung bạn có quyền sử dụng. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm đáp ứng quy định về quyền riêng tư, tiếp cận tài sản, sở hữu trí tuệ và đồng ý tại nơi làm việc.
Tính khả dụng và thay đổi

Tính năng trả phí
3 hóa đơn mới đầu tiên lưu thành công được miễn phí. Cần Pro để tạo thêm hóa đơn mới. Báo giá, hóa đơn và PDF đã lưu, hồ sơ công việc, xuất tệp, sao lưu và khôi phục vẫn dùng được khi không có Pro. Xem, xuất lại hoặc thêm chữ ký cho hóa đơn đã có không tính thêm lượt. Bộ đếm lưu cục bộ, được giữ khi xóa công việc và gộp khi khôi phục backup; hóa đơn có trước bản cập nhật này không dùng lượt mới. Có một lần đối soát đầy đủ miễn phí. Pro cho phép tạo hóa đơn không giới hạn và mở khóa Closeout Guard trên công việc phù hợp, đối soát định kỳ và lịch sử cục bộ; gói mới là đăng ký tự gia hạn theo tuần hoặc năm. Các giao dịch tháng và trọn đời đã xác minh trước đây vẫn giữ quyền sử dụng. Mua, gia hạn, hủy và hoàn tiền dùng hệ thống App Store cùng điều khoản và giá được hiển thị trước khi mua.
Miễn trừ và trách nhiệm

Một số nơi không cho phép mọi loại trừ nên các giới hạn có thể không áp dụng cho bạn.

Việc sử dụng ứng dụng iOS cũng chịu điều chỉnh bởi điều khoản Apple Media Services và điều khoản cấp phép ứng dụng tiêu chuẩn của Apple, trừ khi có thỏa thuận tùy chỉnh đã được chấp thuận thay thế.
