Annual free trial
Eligible Apple Accounts can try annual Pro free for 3 days in supported App Store territories. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the localized annual price shown before purchase unless canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge. The first 3 free invoices do not require a subscription and are separate from this trial. Existing verified purchase rights and regular subscription prices are retained.
Your 3 free invoices
Your first 3 successfully saved new invoices are free. The next attempt opens a full-screen Pro paywall. Canceling keeps your quote and entered data. Existing invoices stay accessible; viewing, exporting again, recovering a retained PDF or adding a signature does not use another free invoice. Verified Pro, including supported older monthly and Lifetime purchases, bypasses the limit. The local allowance survives relaunch, deleting a job and merging a backup. Invoices created before this policy do not reduce the new allowance.

Email kb.technologies.support@gmail.com. Include the app version/build and the action that failed. Never send passwords, API keys, customer data, photos, backups or full payment details. You decide what to include; the app attaches no diagnostics automatically.
Upgrading to Dove Invoice
Dove Invoice 1.3 is an update to the existing ScopeVouch app, not a separate app. Availability depends on your installed version and rollout. Export a full backup before updating; install the update over the existing app without deleting it. Existing jobs and saved PDFs remain supported. New Rate Card entries do not change old saved document prices.
Existing Pro access and Restore
The existing ScopeVouch annual, monthly and lifetime products remain supported. Open Business → Restore purchases using the Apple Account associated with your purchase. Complete Apple's sign-in on your device; never include passwords or receipts in a public support request. If access is still missing, report the app version and whether you are using App Store or TestFlight. TestFlight uses Apple's sandbox; test purchases do not carry over to the App Store app.
Optional AI scope drafts in 1.3
Manual quotes, invoices and documents work offline. On supported devices, review typed notes, a selected photo, or an on-device English (US) voice transcript. Sharing starts off: selecting photos or recording does not send them for AI drafting. Enable sharing and explicitly request a draft only after reviewing the selected content.
AI drafts are currently written in English (US). AI suggests descriptions and questions. Enter and confirm measurements, quantities, prices and tax yourself. Raw voice audio is not uploaded for AI drafting. Unsupported or denied speech keeps typed entry available. Optional AI requires internet access; provider retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Business → Delete AI connection data removes backend device/session metadata, not your local records or Apple purchases. If offline deletion fails, reconnect and retry; keep your backup.
Black signatures on invoices
In Business Profile, draw and save a business signature if desired. When creating an invoice or adding a signed copy from Documents, choose the saved business signature or let the customer draw on the device and enter a signer name. Ink is black in the preview and exported PDF. Applying a signature creates a separate saved PDF and does not record a payment or verify identity. Previously saved PDFs remain unchanged.
Your records are local
ScopeVouch keeps its core workspace, photos, and generated documents on your device. No account is required. Deleting the app also deletes its local data unless you first save a full backup somewhere outside the app.
Back up your workspace
- Open Business in your installed app.
- Choose Export full backup.
- Save the file to a location you control, such as Files or an external drive.
A CSV export contains job and money fields only. Use a full backup when you need photos and retained PDFs.
Understand a Closeout Check
A Closeout Check compares the facts you entered, including a saved estimate, actual labor, material costs, scope changes, evidence, and billable charges. Review each finding, then add an operator-confirmed amount to the invoice or mark the finding intentional. The check is an organizational aid, not legal, tax, payment, or completeness certification.
Restore safely
Choose Restore backup in Settings. ScopeVouch verifies the backup and shows its job, photo, and PDF counts before you confirm a merge. Existing records remain in place and duplicate job IDs are skipped.
Photo or PDF issues
- If camera access is denied, use Choose Photos or enable camera access in iOS Settings.
- If a photo file is missing, its caption and role remain visible so you can replace or remove it.
- If a retained PDF is missing, ScopeVouch can regenerate it only when its frozen document facts still produce the same total and balance.
Language and help
Business → Language lets you choose Follow System or any of the 25 app languages. Invoice language can be selected separately before saving. A saved document keeps its language, billing facts and PDF when you change app language or profile. Language does not change USD document currency or Apple storefront prices. Voice transcription and AI drafts currently support English (US); manual entry remains available in every app language.
Templates, signatures and reminders
Choose Invoice style during quote review to preview six layouts and choose an accent color. Set a future default there or save Default invoice style in Business Profile. Existing PDFs keep their original appearance; drawn signatures stay black. In Settings, open Invoice reminders to enable local due-date reminders and grant notification permission. Record the actual payment in the invoice to cancel pending reminders when fully paid. No reminder sends messages to your customer automatically.

Hóa đơn cũ vẫn truy cập được; xem, xuất lại, khôi phục PDF đã lưu hoặc thêm chữ ký không tính thêm lượt. Pro đã xác minh, gồm gói tháng và trọn đời cũ được hỗ trợ, không bị giới hạn này. Bộ đếm cục bộ được giữ khi mở lại app, xóa công việc và gộp backup. Hóa đơn có trước chính sách này không làm giảm 3 lượt mới.

Nâng cấp lên Dove Invoice

Quyền Pro cũ và khôi phục
Các sản phẩm ScopeVouch tháng, năm và trọn đời ban đầu vẫn được hỗ trợ. Vào Cài đặt → Khôi phục giao dịch mua bằng Apple Account đã mua. Hoàn tất đăng nhập Apple ngay trên thiết bị; không gửi mật khẩu hoặc biên nhận. Nếu chưa có quyền, báo phiên bản ứng dụng và đang dùng App Store hay TestFlight. TestFlight dùng sandbox của Apple; giao dịch thử nghiệm không chuyển sang bản App Store.
Bản nháp phạm vi AI — tùy chọn
Báo giá, hóa đơn và tài liệu thủ công dùng được khi offline. Trên thiết bị hỗ trợ, xem lại ghi chú, ảnh được chọn hoặc bản chép lời tiếng Anh (Mỹ) xử lý trên thiết bị. Chia sẻ mặc định tắt; chọn ảnh hoặc ghi âm không tự gửi AI. Chỉ bật chia sẻ và yêu cầu bản nháp sau khi đã xem lại.
Bản nháp AI hiện được viết bằng tiếng Anh (Mỹ). AI gợi ý mô tả và câu hỏi. Bạn nhập, xác nhận từng số đo, số lượng, giá và thuế. Âm thanh gốc không được tải lên. Khi không hỗ trợ hoặc từ chối quyền giọng nói, bạn vẫn nhập tay được. AI cần internet; xem Chính sách quyền riêng tư về thời gian lưu và xóa.
Doanh nghiệp → Xóa dữ liệu kết nối AI chỉ xóa metadata thiết bị/phiên trên máy chủ, không xóa hồ sơ cục bộ hay giao dịch Apple. Nếu xóa khi offline thất bại, kết nối rồi thử lại; giữ bản sao lưu.
Dữ liệu ở trên thiết bị
Workspace, ảnh và PDF cốt lõi nằm trên thiết bị, không cần tài khoản ứng dụng. Gỡ ứng dụng cũng xóa dữ liệu cục bộ trừ khi bạn đã lưu bản sao đầy đủ bên ngoài.
Sao lưu
- Mở Cài đặt.
- Chọn Xuất bản sao lưu đầy đủ.
- Lưu vào nơi bạn quản lý, như Tệp hoặc ổ ngoài.
CSV chỉ chứa trường công việc và tiền. Dùng bản sao lưu đầy đủ để giữ ảnh và PDF.
Đối soát trước khi gửi
Đối soát so sánh báo giá đã lưu, nhân công thực tế, chi phí vật liệu, thay đổi phạm vi, minh chứng và khoản tính phí mà bạn nhập. Xem từng vấn đề, thêm giá trị do bạn xác nhận vào hóa đơn hoặc đánh dấu có chủ ý. Đây là công cụ tổ chức hồ sơ, không phải chứng nhận pháp lý, thuế, thanh toán hay tính đầy đủ.
Khôi phục an toàn
Chọn Khôi phục bản sao lưu trong Cài đặt. Ứng dụng xác minh và hiển thị số công việc, ảnh, PDF trước khi bạn xác nhận gộp. Dữ liệu hiện có được giữ nguyên, mã công việc trùng được bỏ qua.
Lỗi ảnh hoặc PDF
- Nếu từ chối camera, dùng Chọn ảnh hoặc đổi quyền trong Cài đặt iOS.
- Nếu thiếu tệp ảnh, chú thích và vai trò vẫn hiển thị để bạn thay hoặc xóa.
- Nếu thiếu PDF đã lưu, chỉ có thể tạo lại khi dữ kiện đã chốt vẫn cho cùng tổng tiền và số dư.
Chữ ký đen trên hóa đơn
Bạn có thể vẽ và lưu chữ ký doanh nghiệp trong Hồ sơ doanh nghiệp. Khi tạo hóa đơn hoặc thêm bản có chữ ký từ Tài liệu, chọn chữ ký đã lưu hoặc để khách hàng vẽ trên thiết bị và nhập tên người ký. Nét ký màu đen trong preview và PDF xuất. Thao tác tạo PDF riêng, không ghi nhận thanh toán hay xác minh danh tính; PDF cũ giữ nguyên.
Ngôn ngữ và trợ giúp
Trong Doanh nghiệp → Ngôn ngữ, chọn Theo hệ thống hoặc một trong 25 ngôn ngữ của app. Bạn có thể chọn riêng ngôn ngữ hóa đơn trước khi lưu. Tài liệu đã lưu giữ nguyên ngôn ngữ, thông tin và PDF khi đổi ngôn ngữ app hoặc hồ sơ. Hóa đơn vẫn dùng USD; giá mua do storefront Apple quyết định. Chép lời và bản nháp AI hiện hỗ trợ English (US); nhập thủ công vẫn dùng được trong mọi ngôn ngữ app. Giọng nói hiện hỗ trợ tiếng Anh (Mỹ); tiếng Việt có thể nhập tay.
Mẫu hóa đơn, chữ ký và nhắc hạn
Chọn Mẫu hóa đơn ở bước xem lại báo giá để xem sáu bố cục và chọn màu. Đặt mặc định cho chứng từ mới tại đó hoặc lưu Mẫu hóa đơn mặc định trong Hồ sơ doanh nghiệp. PDF cũ giữ nguyên; chữ ký vẽ luôn màu đen. Vào Cài đặt → Nhắc hóa đơn để bật nhắc trên thiết bị và cấp quyền thông báo. Ghi khoản thanh toán thực tế để hủy lịch nhắc còn chờ khi đã thanh toán đủ. Ứng dụng không tự gửi tin nhắc cho khách hàng.
