The route goes a long way round

Open the route card: it names the structure the plan avoids and the lowest verified clearance on the way. Check your rig profile — height includes roof air-conditioners and antennas, length includes anything towed. A smaller margin changes the route; a wrong height makes it unsafe.

“No rig-safe route found”

The router could not find a road network path for your dimensions. Try a shorter leg, check the weight and height you entered, or plan to a nearby larger road and continue from there.

“Structure data unavailable” or “without height data”

The App could not load bridge and weight-limit data for part of the route, or the map has none there. The route is still height-routed by the router, but not checked against mapped structures: read the signs.

Guidance stopped or shows “GPS lost”

Guidance follows the last route until location returns. Check Settings → Privacy → Location Services for the App, and Background App Refresh, so guidance can continue with the screen off.

CarPlay does not show the App

Plan the trip on your phone first, then tap Drive. If the App does not appear on CarPlay, restart the car head unit and reconnect the phone.

How do I restore Pro?

Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the App Store account that bought RigPath Pro. Route planning is free without Pro.

How do I delete my data?

Swipe a trip to delete it, or delete the App to remove all local data. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings.
