My storage did not go down
That is expected, and it is iOS rather than Lessbyte. Confirmed photos are moved to Photos → Recently Deleted, where they stay for 30 days. The space comes back when that album is emptied — review its contents in Photos. Emptying it permanently deletes those items, so do this only when you are sure and have backed up anything important.
Lessbyte says some photos were not compared
Those items live only in iCloud and their originals are not on your device. Lessbyte will not download them, because pulling gigabytes over your connection to check for duplicates is not a reasonable thing for an app to do without asking. To include them, open Photos and let the library download, or turn off Optimise iPhone Storage in Settings → Photos.
Lessbyte can only see a few photos
You chose Limited Access when granting permission, so iOS only hands Lessbyte the photos you picked. Change it in Settings → Apps → Lessbyte → Photos → Full Access, or pick more photos from inside the App.
It suggested keeping the wrong photo
Tap Choose myself in any group and pick the keeper. Review all selections before confirming, especially anything selected manually. If a group is grouped wrongly, tap Keep all — you can report the problem without sending personal photos.
Compression and recovery
A smaller copy is saved and verified before iOS asks to remove its original. Compression can reduce detail; Live Photo conversion removes motion and sound. If cancelled or interrupted, inspect Photos for an extra copy and rescan. Recover originals from Recently Deleted before they expire. With iCloud Photos, changes sync across your devices.

Restoring a purchase
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not to a Lessbyte account, because Lessbyte has no accounts.
Duplicate contacts
Contacts are compared only when you choose Contacts to review. Lessbyte proposes only exact matching phone numbers or email addresses; matching names alone never count. Open a suggestion, inspect every field, create the local VCF backup, then confirm the merge. You can keep or share that backup from Files. Do not merge shared family or business details unless the records are truly the same person.
